Data and the app

Practice history, timer and breathing settings, sound choices, and saved YouTube links are stored on the device. This app has no user account or application backend. It uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising and privacy choices. Practice records are not sent to the advertising SDK. Opening a saved YouTube link transfers the user to an external YouTube application or website.

Advertising and your choices

This app uses Google AdMob. The advertising SDK can process IP addresses (including approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Google uses this information to deliver and measure advertising and help prevent fraud.

What is processed depends on the platform, device permissions and advertising configuration. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before eligible ad requests. You can revisit available choices through the app's privacy settings. Device tracking permissions and advertising controls are separate from those choices.

Retention and deletion

Practice history, settings, and saved YouTube links remain in the app's local database until the app's local data is removed. The app does not currently provide an in-app history deletion or export control. Deleting the app removes its installed local data; offloading the app may preserve it. The operating system may include app data in device backups or transfers and restore it later, depending on device settings. Removing the app does not necessarily remove an existing backup. Manage backups through the device or backup provider. Advertising and consent providers retain data under their own policies; the app does not control their retention periods. Support inquiry retention is described separately below.

Who this app is for

Still is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is a general meditation timer and breathing-practice app, not a service directed to children. The initial release is planned for South Korea and the United States. The app does not ask users to create an account or submit their age.

Additional privacy details

Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform support advertising and privacy choices. Advertising services may process IP addresses, device identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Practice history and saved YouTube links are not supplied by the app as advertising payloads. Where required, advertising privacy choices are available in Settings under Ad privacy settings. Optional end reminders use the operating system's local notification service and require notification permission. Bundled audio uses the device media service, which may display playback information on system media controls. Opening YouTube or sending a support email starts an external service subject to that service's privacy practices. The app does not attach practice history automatically to support emails. No microphone recording, application account, or app-operated practice synchronization is provided.

Questions and privacy requests

Taewon Seo personally reads and responds to support and privacy inquiries at hello@hailmary-studio.com using Apple iCloud Mail. Inquiry email may include the sender address and display name, subject, message, user-provided attachments, and transmission information. Emails, attachments, and separately downloaded copies are deleted within one year after the inquiry is resolved. Verified requests to delete personal information are processed. Deletion from provider-managed backups is not promised to occur immediately.
