Taewon Seo personally reads and responds to support and privacy inquiries at hello@hailmary-studio.com using Apple iCloud Mail. Inquiry email may include the sender address and display name, subject, message, user-provided attachments, and transmission information. Emails, attachments, and separately downloaded copies are deleted within one year after the inquiry is resolved. Verified requests to delete personal information are processed. Deletion from provider-managed backups is not promised to occur immediately.
